Various defense attorneys have spoken out, all with the same message - this is partisan politics painting Trump supporters as extremists.
How Abortion Became ‘the Defund the Police of the GOP’
This article from The Free Press tells the story of a “lifelong Republican” Kelley Stafford, who is changing her mind due to the AL decision that frozen embryos are children.
Stafford’s son was born through IVF after eight years or trying. She still has 8 embryos on ice that she calls her “embabies.” She says she loves them, but they are not the same as her son that has been born.
She planned to donate them for scientific research, but is worried about prosecution now.
Five of the Alabama justice seats will be up for a vote in November, and when asked if she will support them, her response: “No,” she snaps. “I don’t want to vote for those people.”

90% of U.S. Cheese Contains GMO Made by Pfizer
Rennet is used as a clotting agent to curdle the milk into cheese, separating the liquid parts of milk from the solids.
Today, there are four types of rennet used in the cheese-making industry: animal rennet, vegetable rennet, microbial rennet and a genetically modified version called FPC (fermentation-produced chymosin), made by Pfizer.
Thanks to a labeling loophole, cheese containing Pfizer’s rennet does not have to be labeled as containing a genetically modified organism, despite toxicity concerns.
Irish prime minister concedes defeat in a vote over constitutional amendments about family and women
Despite legalizing divorce in a 1995 referendum, backing same sex marriage in 2015 and repealing a ban on abortion in 2018, Ireland has voted against two constitutional amendments.
The first amendment would have removed a reference to marriage as the basis “on which the family is founded” and replaced it with a clause that said families can be founded “on marriage or on other durable relationships.”
The second focused on a reference that a woman’s place in the home offered a common good that couldn’t be provided by the state, and delete a statement that said mothers shouldn’t be obligated to work out of economic necessity if it would neglect their duties at home.
Those in favor of the amendments said they were poorly worded, which led to confusion, and the no vote.
NHS England Bans Puberty Blockers for Transgender Children, Activists Denounce
The ban follows a statement that there is not enough evidence on the procedure’s safety or clinical effectiveness.
A spokesperson from the advocacy group Stonewall said, “For some, an important part of this care comes in the form of puberty blockers, a reversible treatment that delays the onset of puberty, prescribed by expert endocrinologists, giving the young person extra time to evaluate their next steps.” (Fact check, false. They are NOT reversible.)
